Meeting Notes

The Falls Friday afternoon meeting is a 10th Step meeting focusing on daily inventory: "Continued to take personal inventory..." We begin each meeting with 5 minutes of silent reflection meditation. Members are then encouraged to do a spot-check inventory. This is a quick, spur-of-the-moment inventory concerned with day-to-day problems and emotional disturbance. A spot-check inventory helps to silence volatile emotions, build character and promote a positive way of life.

Group Notes

A group conscience is held on the first Friday of every month.
