Friday Night Recovery meets on Friday at 7:00 PM in Machida at the Machida Central Church. This big book study, closed meeting welcomes anyone with a desire to stop drinking.

Please come join us on the western edge of Tokyo for some Big Book reading along with a topic for sharing! This is a closed meeting of AA, intended only for those who identify as alcoholics or those believing they may have a drinking problem. Note: If there are any changes to the location, literature, and/or availability of anniversary chips, we will update this page accordingly.

Location Notes

Our meeting will take place in the basement. For directions from either JR Machida or Odakyu Machida stations, refer to the map at the link below: https://aatokyo.org/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/fridaynightrecovery_map.jpg Please be aware that if you arrive late and find the front entrance locked, you should use the Contact buttons above to request access. A fellow attendee will then let you in through the side entrance, as the church staff secure the front entrance each evening on their way home.
