About AA Meetings in Helsinki

What to Expect

Complete Confidentiality
Everything shared in AA meetings stays confidential. "Who you see here, what you hear here, when you leave here, let it stay here" is a fundamental principle that protects everyone's privacy and creates a safe space for honest sharing.
The only requirement to attend is a desire to stop drinking. Helsinki's AA groups welcome anyone at any stage, no prior experience needed.
