Old Street Recovery Group - Having Recovered; What Now
•Sourced from official AA intergroups
Old Street Recovery Group - Having Recovered; What Now meets on Tuesday at 6:00 PM in London at the Betty Brunker Hall. This closed meeting welcomes anyone with a desire to stop drinking.
Weekly Meeting Schedule
This meeting takes place weekly on Tuesday at 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM.
This meeting is rooted in the AA Basic Text but also uses additional books, usually working through one book at a time, to explore how they align with Steps 10, 11 and 12 and how we can incorporate those ideas into our day to day lives. It is a focused discussion meeting, not a general sharing meeting, so contributions are asked to stay close to the reading, with personal experience shared only in that context. Questions, cross-talk and more than one share are welcome, provided others are not interrupted or challenged. The meeting is recorded from the start of the reading only, solely to create an interactive transcript for circulation the following week. No names are attached to the recording or transcript, and the audio is deleted once the transcript has been produced. Anyone uncomfortable with this is welcome to step out before recording begins.
