Meetings in Mississauga follow the same 12-step program used worldwide. Many are conducted in the local language, but some cities also hold English-speaking meetings for international visitors.
Everything shared in AA meetings stays confidential. "Who you see here, what you hear here, when you leave here, let it stay here" is a fundamental principle that protects everyone's privacy and creates a safe space for honest sharing.

Sober living homes and recovery residences are shared homes where everyone is staying sober, usually with house rules and required meeting attendance. It is housing, not treatment. Residents commonly move in after residential treatment and attend local AA meetings as part of the house agreement.
