Everything shared in AA meetings stays confidential. "Who you see here, what you hear here, when you leave here, let it stay here" is a fundamental principle that protects everyone's privacy and creates a safe space for honest sharing.
The only requirement to attend is a desire to stop drinking. Windsor's AA groups welcome anyone at any stage, no prior experience needed.
