Primary Purpose meets on Thursday at 10:30 AM in Roanoke, Virginia at the Raleigh Court Presbyterian Church. This closed, literature meeting welcomes anyone with a desire to stop drinking. There is no smoking, vaping, or use of e-cigarettes on the church grounds.. The meeting is wheelchair accessible.
